Pickleball courts in Seabrook can only be booked by homeowners and hospitality guests.

You must be a registered Seabrook Hospitality guest or Seabrook Homeowner to utilize the pickleball courts.
One reservation per person/group may be made daily, each reservation is for 60 minute sessions. Reservations must be made by a legal adult; persons under 16 must be supervised on the courts.
The courts are open daily from 8AM-8PM.
You must play on the designated court on your reservation, each court is labeled accordingly. All players must wait for the current players to vacate the court before entering.
Non-marking athletic shoes must be worn on the courts.
No glass bottles or containers are permitted on the courts.
Please remove all personal items and trash before exiting the courts.
If you are unable to play at your reserved time, follow the cancellation link emailed to you as soon as possible so the time slot can be available to others.
Your reservation may be moved/rescheduled at the discretion of Seabrook Hospitality if extenuating circumstances arise. As much notice as possible will be provided in these cases.
Complimentary pickleball paddles are available to check out at The Dugout, located in the lobby of the Sunrise Pool at 7 Trailside Ln.
The Kucera Pickleball Courts are available on a first come, first serve basis and do not require reservations.
